Turkey 911?

Raise your hand if you knew Butterball turkey had a hot line. My hand is down. I was even more surprised to find out that this has been going on for twenty-seven years, and the first year they received 11,000 calls (from who I don't know). Since then they have opened a Butterball University, (I'm not joking), and every year from October to December you can contact the University trained experts with all of your turkey preparation questions, or emergencies.
